ROH Introducing Six-Man Titles

– Ring of Honor announced today that their inaugural ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions will be crowned in an eight-team tournament. This is the new championship that had been rumored for some time. The tournament starts at All Star Extravaganza weekend in Lowell, MA on September 30th and October 1st, with the finals taking place at the December 2nd Final Battle PPV.

Expected to compete so far are: Bullet Club, The Cabinet (Rhett Titus, Kenny King and Caprice Coleman) and The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) and Kamaitachi.

Opinionated View- Dumb idea. Outside of WCCW Six Man titles don't work in the USA. And it's not like ROH has a strong enough roster to add another title. Hell they don't really book the titles they have all that well.

Will Sasha Banks Appear on Raw Tonight?

While WWE has not made an official announcement, it appears that Sasha Banks could appear on Raw tonight. Scott Stanford is teasing her appearance on the Raw pre-show, but Banks is also in Houston (where Raw takes place) and doing a ton of local media to promote tonight’s show…

Opinionated View- Its Banks odds are she hurts herself before to long and needs more time off. Already needed time off twice this year due to injures. And with how bad her bumping is only a matter of time before she hurts herself badly.

TMZ reports that Goldberg is once again in talks to return to WWE. Since his deal with WWE to appear in WWE2K17, Goldberg has made it known that he is open to a WWE return, and the two sides are discussing ways to expand their relationship now.

One source tells TMZ that the “wheels are in motion” for a return.

Goldberg told TMZ that “Life’s too short to dwell upon past differences,” referencing his past issues with Vince McMahon which arose during his 2004 WWE run

Opinionated View- Dear god why? I mean the last thing WWE needs is a guy nearing 50 who hasn't been a draw since 98 showing up.

Global Force Wrestling running ten nights in a row

Global Force Wrestling issued the following press release to Prowrestling.net on Monday to announce their upcoming Tennessee State Fair shows.
Global Force Wrestling will partner with the Tennessee State Fair to provide action-packed professional wrestling on the midway on each night of the fair, from Sept. 9-18.
The Fairgrounds in Nashville has a long and storied history with professional wrestling and with GFW co-founder Jeff Jarrett, and he’s proud to bring his new brand home.
“I can’t tell you how excited we are to be involved with the Tennessee State Fair,” Jarrett said. “I’ve been to the fair as a kid, I’ve brought my kids, and I’ve wrestled here literally hundreds of times.
“Wrestling’s roots are in state and county fairs, and GFW recently had a successful show at the Porter County Fair in Valparaiso, Indiana. This is a great fit for our brand, and we look forward to seeing some longtime fans and making some new ones.”
The Tennessee State Fair’s 2016 theme is “A Tennessee Tradition, ” as the fair was inaugurated more than 150 years ago. It features arts and crafts, explores agriculture, and allows attendees to have new and exciting experiences in a family-friendly atmosphere.
“What could be a better fit with our theme than professional wrestling and Tennessee’s own Jeff Jarrett?” fair manager Scott Jones said. “Wrestling is part of the fabric of the Fairgrounds, and adding it to all of the attractions we have at the fair should only add to the entertainment value for all who attend.”

Opinionated View- They should call it we still exist

WWE Raw Preview

WWE Monday Night RAW is live tonight from Houston, Texas. Scheduled for the show tonight is a Fatal 4-Way Match to determine the new Universal Champion that was vacated last week by Finn Balor. The match will be between Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens and Big Cass, who all won qualifying matches last week on RAW to get into the match.

Opinionated View- Typical WWE. They rushed through what could have been a few weeks worth of story. And they went with some awful picks. Rollins is great but him in the world title picture on Raw is boring. Reigns back in the title picture what an f'ing joke. He got a 30 day vacation for a failed drug test. Was brought in still booked as the top face got to destroy the US champion. And lets not forget he still sucks he's back in the ring and the gimmick is lame. Owens is great but he hasn't booked as a threat in a very long time. Add into that this awful "Bromance" with Jericho has really watered down his gimmick. Finally we got big Big Cass who is 7 foot tall sucks in the ring. Isn't even close to be ready to be on the main roster much less in a main event world title match. Even worse we are going to have to hear from Enzo.

Bobby Lashley making his MMA return at Bellator 162

Current TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley will be making his MMA return at Bellator 162 on October 21 in Memphis airing live on Spike TV. Lashley, who is 14-2 in his MMA career, last fought at Bellator 145 defeating Josh Thompson. According to Sherdog.com, Lashley will be fighting Josh Applet (12-5).

Opinionated View- I am really sick of how Bellator keeps putting Lashley in fights like this. IT's clear Applet is being brought in to give Lashley another W. Meanwhile Kongo who is a bigger name and would be the perfect kind of fight for Lashley is main eventing a card against someone that again is clearly there to be another W for Kongo. Also Bellator is looking to crown a new heavyweight champion and Lashley isn't even in the talk there.

Lashley is well past the point of building up his record time to test him. Look at his age he doesn't have much time left.

Headbangers Say They’re Returning to WWE

Get ready for the return of the Headbangers…assuming Mosh and Trasher are accurate, of course. The former WWE Tag Team Champions — Chaz “Mosh” Warringon and Glen “Thrasher” Ruth — took to social media and claimed they will be competing on Smackdown. You can see posts from both of them on Facebook below. It’s worth noting though that WWE has yet to confirm the news.
The Headbangers debuted in WWE in 1997 and worked during the Attitude Era, winning the Tag Team Titles for a brief run in their first year. Thrasher is also a former Hardcore champion, while Warrington was the man who briefly became the infamously risque Beaver Cleavage character who was dropped before he even debuted. Warrington teamed with D’Lo Brown as Lowdown for a while before leaving the WWE in 2001. Trasher left in 2000.

Ever since Tyler was old enough to realize and understand that I wrestle, I've had a dream/wish. That dream/wish was to wrestle one more time in a WWE Ring so he could see it.
This dream/wish will cole true this Tuesday night in Dallas, Tx!!! I will be on WWE's Smackdown Live Show on the USA Network!!
Not only will he see me in ring but he'll be able to watch it Live on TV!! This is truly a dream come true for me and I'm beyond excited!!!

Opinionated View- Huh? Talk about totally random. Is this like a one time thing if it happens or it is supposed to be a full time return. I can't see WWE even as desperate they are for any type of act to get old fans watching again bringing them back full time. Even at "peak" they weren't that popular. I really haven't been this confused since that time ROH brought in a totally random ex WWF team... which was the Headbangers.
