The wrestling world has lost one of it's greatest stars Bobby The Brian Heenan has passed away. Born Raymond Louis Heenan the Brain got his start as a wrestler before becoming a manager. He was a huge part of the AWA in the 70's and 80's before moving to the WWF in 1984. He managed a whose including Curt Henning, Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens, Rick Rude, and Andre The Giant. Neck problems forced Heenan away from ringside in the 90's. As commentator his pairing with the late Gorilla Monsoon was the gold stranded for many fans.
Heenan moved to WCW in 1994 working for the company until 2000. Heenan returned to the WWE for a number of appearances on various projects and was inducted into Hall of Fame in 2004. He had battled cancer since 2002 along with numerous other health issues. His long time wife Cindy passed away earlier this year. He is survived by his daughter Jessica and grandson Austin.
