According to Wrestling Observer Radio, (via wrestlinginc.com), the promo segment on last night’s WWE Raw between John Cena and Roman Reigns was completely scripted. Reigns and Cena didn’t ad lib or go off script, as the main verbiage for the promo was mostly from the writing team. The site adds that Reigns did get lost once and Cena called him out on it.
The segment was always planned for the show, with the only major change to the show being that Cena was supposed to face Samoa Joe, but Joe suffered a knee injury over the weekend.
