ROH wrestler Jay Briscoe (a/k/a Jamin Pugh) has been cleared to return to the ring according to a picture he posted on his Twitter page. The picture shows a doctor's note indicating Pugh's release to work, which Pugh then wrote "AKA Jay Briscoe the REAL world Champion."
