- It is being reported that TNA reached out to WWE Hall of Famer Edge to appear on the promotion’s Destination America debut show. TNA reportedly wanted Edge to fill the position of the on-air authority figure following the announcement that Kurt Angle was returning to the ring. Talks between TNA and Edge never got serious, as they never discussed major details like money. Basically TNA put out feelers but Edge wasn’t interested.
Opinionated View- Well this could have been interesting but not a big lose it didn't happen. I do have wonder if WWE was aware and that is why Edge appeared on Raw recently.
