TNA and News and Notes From NYC Taping

Dixie Carter was reportedly in attendance at last night’s Impact Wrestling tapings, but she did not appear on camera. She was watching the show from a balcony at the Manhattan Center.


– TNA reportedly filmed a great deal of material backstage and on the streets of New York City over the last few days. This includes a “street fight” that was filmed in New York City. The participants in the fights are currently unknown.

– A lot of wrestlers and performers were banged up and hurting from last night’s tapings. Jeremy Borash was also reportedly hurting after being physically involved for several segments. PWInsider reports that there were no major injuries from the tapings. However, Jeff Hardy was said to be legitimately hurt after a particularly nasty bump. His brother Matt said on Twitter that they would not know how bad he is hurt until he has some scans done.
