WWE Teases Luke Harper and Erick Rowan Reunion

WWE.com released its new five-point Raw preview, and the following was mentioned on the moment between former Wyatt Family members and tag team partners Luke Harper and Erick Rowan on this week’s Smackdown. It seems to suggest some type of tag team reunion could be on the horizon.
“Erick Rowan and Luke Harper have freaked us out for years at this point, but the moment they shared Thursday night on SmackDown sent a shiver down our spines. After Harper dispatched Fandango, Rowan lumbered down the entrance ramp and, despite his prior issues with his former Wyatt Family accomplice, proceeded to pummel the dazed dancer. Was this Rowan extending a gnarled olive branch to Harper? Have these one-time members of The Wyatt Family joined forces once again? Anticipate more from this eerie tandem on Raw.”

Opinionated View- They were a good team. And good knows the WWE tag division could use them. But this is WWE creative. They broke up the Wyatt Family and turned Rowan face with no real plan for either guy and now it seems they are turning Rowan heel and reuniting the team with no plan.

Injures From WWE TLC

The Big Show was banged up at the TLC PPV. He reportedly hurt his hip during the match against Erick Rowan. WWE.com is also reports Dolph Ziggler and Luke Harper needed stiches after there mach. I don't know if you can trust that since also in that article it talked about the damage done to AJ's eyes.

Who’s Behind the ‘Eyes’ Promo From Raw?

- The man behind the “Eyes” promo that aired on Raw is Luke Harper. The vignette featured Harper saying “Everything is shattered. Sometimes I see things that just ain’t there. But I see you. And I want to piece myself together with pieces of you.” It is intended to reintroduce him as a singles guy.

Opinionated View- I'll say this is was creepy as hell. But I still don't' get why they ended the Wyatt Family. Yeah the gimmick had cooled off but it still had potential.

Update on the Future of The Wyatt Family & How It Involves The Ascension

 Over the past two weeks, WWE has been running video packages, where Bray Wyatt is setting Luke Harper and Erick Rowan “free”. At this time, the word is that the two men will break away from Wyatt, and that the Ascension will be called up to the main roster to be paired with Bray Wyatt.

Opinionated View- Oh no. I like both Harper and Rowan but given how poorly WWE has booked them they aren't ready to be free. I like the Ascension but I don't think they will work in the role with the Wyatt Family. It's would be better to book the family better and have the Ascension stay its own act.

Luke Harper Could Get Singles Push Soon

WWE is reportedly planning to give Luke Harper a singles run soon. The process started with last night’s video on RAW, which hyped up Harper. There has been a plan to split the Wyatts up for some time now. It’s unknown what the roles of Bray Wyatt (including if he will be face or heel) or Erick Rowan will be going forward.

Opinionated View- I like Harper so I want to see him get pushed. But man the WWE has really F'ed up the Wyatt's as a group. Bray has no momentum thanks to Cena and Jericho being booked to destroy him. Harper and Rowan are two guys that were booked time and time again to fail at winning the tag titles. Hell even they do push Harper odds are the WWE will book him to lose to Big Show and Cena etc.

Luke Harper Working Through Eye Injury

- According to the Wrestling Observer, Luke Harper is currently working through an eye injury. More details on the nature or severity of the injury aren't currently known.

Whatever the nature of the injury it would seem that it's not impeding him, as he has maintained a full work schedule on TV and in live events including a tag team match against the Usos on Friday and a six-man tag match with rest of the Wyatts against the Usos and Big Show on Saturday. None of those reports have indicated whether he was held back from ring time in those matches though.

Match for Main Event and Tag Team Match for Smackdown

Rob Van Dam vs. Seth Rollins is scheduled to headline tomorrow night's 8/26 WWE Main Event on the WWE Network from Ontario, California.

Big Show and Mark Henry vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper is scheduled for this week's 8/29 WWE Smackdown on Syfy. This will be taped on Tuesday in Ontario, California.

Opinionated View- Rollins better go over Rob..ing money from the company Van Dam. Poor Harper and Rowan they are talented and were so hot now they are just being wasted by dumb ass creative.

WWE.com announced today that CM Punk & Daniel Bryan will face the Wyatt Family at the Survivor Series PPV from Boston, Massachusetts on November 24. The official blurb reads:
