We noted before that WWE is going ahead with a DVD on Owen Hart, even though Martha Hart is not supporting it.
WWE also discussed a 2016 Hall of Fame induction for Owen but Martha obviously wouldn't support it. They could still do it but many feel it's not worth the controversy if Owen's widow isn't supporting it.
Opinionated View- Owen belongs in there. That said I completely understand why Martha doesn't want to work with the WWE. And anyone about to say "She should just get over it and let him go in." Just be quite.

Update On Eva Marie WWE Hall Of Fame Reports
During WrestleMania 31 Weekend it was reported that Eva Marie would be hosting the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony instead of Jerry Lawler. This was reported by more than one source via PWInsider but Lawler later shot down the reports on Twitter and obviously ended up hosting the show. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that many people were talking about Eva hosting the Hall that weekend and it appears the original story of Eva hosting was right but WWE just changed their minds and put Lawler back as the host.

Samu Reportedly Not Invited To Rikishi’s Hall of Fame Induction
As previously reported, Scotty 2 Hotty was said to be upset that he wasn’t invited or mentioned to Rikishi’s WWE Hall of Fame induction.
Now it seems that Too Cool weren’t the only ones snubbed. Rikishi’s cousin and former Head Shrinkers tag partner Samu was also not invited. Samu’s father Afa and Roman Reigns’ father Sika were unhappy about the snub. WWE did eventually invite Samu to repair the relationship with the Anoa’i family. This was before they were reportedly upset about Reigns not winning the WWE title at WrestleMania 31.

More on Alundra Blayze Retrieving Title Belt from the Trash, Rikishi Did Not Want Too Cool in Attendance at Hall of Fame Induction
The Wrestling Observer has some additional details on Alundra Blayze and Rikishi’s recent WWE Hall of Fame inductions.
During her Hall of Fame induction speech, Blayze pulled out her old WWE women’s title belt from a trash can, the same one she dumped it in during Monday Nitro years back. Per the report, this is main reason she was inducted by the WWE. WWE officials were adamant that she pull her old belt out of the trash in order for her to get inducted this year.

More Backstage News On Scott Steiner Being Banned From The WWE HOF, Incident With Hulk Hogan's Wife
PWInsider has confirmed through their sources that Scott Steiner was banned from the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony last Saturday and that there was an incident with Hulk Hogan's wife.
The decision to ban Steiner from the ceremony was made by WWE officials after Hulk requested that Steiner not be allowed in.
Steiner was reportedly on the same flight to San Jose that Hogan's wife Jennifer was on. While they were waiting for their luggage at baggage claim, Steiner allegedly approached Jennifer and threatened that the next time he saw Hulk, there would be problems. Hogan's wife apparently didn't even know who Steiner really was at the time so it was a shocking experience for her as you could imagine.
Hulk was telling people over the weekend that he had no idea why Steiner would approach his wife and didn't know that there were issues between the two.
We haven't heard Steiner's side of the story yet but it could have to do with Steiner's lawsuit with TNA that's still going on, which stems from Steiner's Twitter comments about TNA, Eric Bischoff, Hulk and his daughter Brooke Hogan.

Scott Steiner Was Banned From The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony
- Former WCW, WWE and TNA star Scott Steiner was reportedly banned from the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday night. According to reports, Steiner was in an altercation with Hulk Hogan’s wife Jennifer on an airplane that was described as “an ugly incident”. WWE posed security guards at all entrances on Saturday and were specifically told not to allow Steiner in.

WWE HOF News: Management Not Happy With HBK, Thoughts on Show, More
The WWE Hall of Fame show was not received well by WWE Management. While many viewers enjoyed the show, WWE Management felt the show ran far too long and that it wasn’t exciting enough.
– Due to the show running long, it was requested that Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels and Ric Flair shorten their speeches.
– WWE pushed hard to have Kevin Nash go into the WWE Hall of Fame as Diesel but Nash fought that. Nash wanted to go in under his real name, partly because the narrative (even from WWE) was that Diesel was one of the worst drawing WWF champions.
– Several executives, including Vince McMahon, were not happy about the talk that Kevin Nash changed the business with the guaranteed contracts. This was because the feeling at the time was that WCW was trying to put WWF out of business, and Vince McMahon took that personally.
– The company wasn’t happy with Shawn Michaels’ speech during the ceremony. Michaels did actually tear up his prepared speech and spoke from the heart when inducting Nash. Management was reportedly not happy that he used the words “strap” and “wrestler,” and was also upset (as mentioned) over his comments that Nash changed the business with the guaranteed contracts

With the force of an 18-wheeler barreling down the highway, Kevin Nash will charge into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before WrestleMania 31.
Breaking into the industry in 1990, the 6-foot-10 monster joined up with WCW, taking on the personas of a post-apocalyptic warrior, a mystical being from the emerald city of Oz, and a wise-cracking Las Vegas gambler. But it was when Nash jumped to WWE in 1993 that the big man began to leave his mark on the sports-entertainment world.
Clad in black leather from head to toe, he embraced his Motor City roots, taking on the name Diesel while serving as the stoic bodyguard for the cocky Shawn Michaels. Though his main duties were to protect the Heartbreak Kid, Diesel soon stepped into the ring himself. The WWE roster found it quite difficult to combat the giant who demolished the opposition with his trademark Jackknife Powerbomb, while the WWE Universe found it difficult to jeer someone who oozed coolness.
Within a year of his WWE debut, Big Daddy Cool put in a dominant Royal Rumble performance, eliminating seven Superstars on his own, along with capturing the Intercontinental Title and World Tag Team Titles with HBK. However, an errant Sweet Chin Music from Michaels at Survivor Series 1994 infuriated the big man, ended their partnership and altered the course of WWE history. Just three days later, Diesel demolished Bob Backlund in eight seconds to capture the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Madison Square Garden.
After a championship reign that lasted close to a year, Nash began to plan his exit from WWE. Following an infamous MSG moment known as "The Curtain Call," where he, Razor Ramon, Michaels and Triple H let the WWE Universe in on their close friendship, Nash joined Ramon (aka Scott Hall), wreaking havoc on the Atlanta-based WCW. The two shocked the world when they convinced Hulk Hogan to ditch his trademark red and yellow and turn to the dark side. The three formed the notorious New World Order and ran roughshod over WCW.
As The nWo grew and split into separate factions, so did Nash's trophy case. He and Hall captured the WCW Tag Team Titles before the big man branched out on his own. One of Nash's crowning moments came at Starrcade 1999, when he (with an assist from Hall) ended Goldberg's 173-match winning streak to take the WCW World Championship.
Nash held the WCW title four more times before the company was sold to WWE in early 2001. One year later, he reunited with Hall and Hogan to bring The nWo's brand of carnage to WWE. Eventually, the outlaw band dissolved and Nash set his sights on former friend Triple H and the World Heavyweight Championship, even clashing with The Game inside Hell in a Cell.
Though his appearances in WWE have become more sporadic over the years, Nash still pops in from time to time to let the world know that Big Daddy Cool can still hang, whether it's donning his Diesel gear to enter the Royal Rumble Match or reuniting with his Kliq buddies. An international legend will take his place in history on the eve of WrestleMania 31, as Tatsumi Fujinami will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Fujinami, also known as "The Dragon," trained under WWE Hall of Famer Antonio Inoki, making his debut in the early 1970s. A master of the mat and the creator of the Dragon Suplex and Dragon Sleeper, he quickly became a star in the early days of New Japan Pro Wrestling. He soon began splitting his time between Japan, Mexico, Canada and the United States. In America, he made his mark in WWE, where he used his mastery of the mat to capture the WWE Junior Heavyweight Championship in Madison Square Garden.
Fujinami defended the title in WWE and his home country, taking on the likes of Tiger Mask, Dynamite Kid and others in classic bouts, making it the premier title in its weight class. "The Dragon" also added another American accolade to his name when he captured the WWE International Championship in August 1982. He continued to compete sporadically for WWE through 1985, before returning to Japan to take his career in a new path.
"The Dragon" moved up in weight class, competing with the heavyweights, and proved to be just as successful. He defeated the monstrous Vader to capture his first of six IWGP Heavyweight Titles, one of the most prestigious in Japan. Fujinami created shockwaves worldwide in March 1991, when he defeated Ric Flair in front of over 50,000 fans at the Tokyo Dome to win the NWA World Championship. With the victory, he became the first man to hold the NWA and IWGP Titles.
Fujinami returned to America several times in the early 1990s, including the inaugural WCW SuperBrawl, where he defended the NWA World Title against Flair. He remains a revered figure in Japan, where he promotes wrestling shows to this day, and occasionally stepping back into the ring to remind the younger generation why he is called "The Dragon."
Now, Fujinami will be immortalized in sports-entertainment history, as he takes his place in the WWE Hall of Fame.

Larry Zbyszko Confirmed For WWE Hall of Fame

Larry Zbyszko to be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame's Class of 2015
A true Living Legend in the sports-entertainment industry, Larry Zbyszko is the latest inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015.
Zbyszko got his break in the ring game in 1973, studying under fellow Pittsburgh native and WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino. He broke into WWE in the mid-1970s, making a name for himself as part of a tag team with Tony Garea and capturing the World Tag Team Titles from the Yukon Lumberjacks.
As the 1970s came to a close, however, Zbyszko longed to be seen as more than just Sammartino's protégé. He challenged his reluctant mentor to a match, only to be frustrated when Sammartino took control of the bout. A furious Zbyszko took matters into his own hands, using underhanded tactics to stun Sammartino before viciously pummeling his mentor with a chair.
The shocking beatdown instantly turned Zbyszko into one of WWE's most hated Superstars, with the WWE Universe piling into Shea Stadium in August 1980 to see Sammartino get payback inside a steel cage.
After his rivalry with Sammartino came to a close, Zbyszko left WWE and moved on to the AWA and Jim Crockett Promotions. Reveling in the hatred of audiences across the country, Zbyszko turned the cowardly tactic of avoiding his opponent by leaving the ring into an art form, suckering his opponents into a perfectly laid trap. The Living Legend's mastery of the ring game led him to the top, as he captured the AWA World Championship in 1989.
Zbyszko left the AWA shortly before its closure in 1990 and joined WCW's roster. Teaming up with the dangerous Arn Anderson, Zbyszko quickly captured the WCW Tag Team Titles. He also earned the nickname "The Cruncher" for a brutal attack that left Barry Windham with a broken arm. He also spent time under the tutelage of Paul Heyman as a member of the advocate's infamous Dangerous Alliance.

By 1992, he stepped away from the ring and went behind the microphone as a member of WCW's broadcast team. Zbyszko greeted the WCW faithful with a hearty salute every week, doing his best to educate them on the "game of human chess," and fill audiences in on his latest exploits on the golf course.
Zbyszko was not afraid to lace his boots up when provoked, though. After being pushed too far by William Regal in 1994, The Living Legend got back in the ring and showed he could still hang, defeating the snooty Brit for the WCW Television Championship. And when The New World Order invaded, Zbyszko was one of the first to step up to defend WCW. With a helping hand from Bret "Hit Man" Hart, Zbyszko defeated Eric Bischoff at Starrcade 1997 and saved Monday Nitro from falling into the outlaw group's clutches.
Now, Zbyszko cements his status as a Living Legend in the sports-entertainment world, as he takes his place in the WWE Hall of Fame's Class of 2015.

He challenged his reluctant mentor to a match, only to be frustrated when Sammartino took control of the bout. A furious Zbyszko took matters into his own hands, using underhanded tactics to stun Sammartino before viciously pummeling his mentor with a chair.
The shocking beatdown instantly turned Zbyszko into one of WWE's most hated Superstars, with the WWE Universe piling into Shea Stadium in August 1980 to see Sammartino get payback inside a steel cage.
After his rivalry with Sammartino came to a close, Zbyszko left WWE and moved on to the AWA and Jim Crockett Promotions. Reveling in the hatred of audiences across the country, Zbyszko turned the cowardly tactic of avoiding his opponent by leaving the ring into an art form, suckering his opponents into a perfectly laid trap. The Living Legend's mastery of the ring game led him to the top, as he captured the AWA World Championship in 1989.
Zbyszko left the AWA shortly before its closure in 1990 and joined WCW's roster. Teaming up with the dangerous Arn Anderson, Zbyszko quickly captured the WCW Tag Team Titles. He also earned the nickname "The Cruncher" for a brutal attack that left Barry Windham with a broken arm. He also spent time under the tutelage of Paul Heyman as a member of the advocate's infamous Dangerous Alliance.

By 1992, he stepped away from the ring and went behind the microphone as a member of WCW's broadcast team. Zbyszko greeted the WCW faithful with a hearty salute every week, doing his best to educate them on the "game of human chess," and fill audiences in on his latest exploits on the golf course.
Zbyszko was not afraid to lace his boots up when provoked, though. After being pushed too far by William Regal in 1994, The Living Legend got back in the ring and showed he could still hang, defeating the snooty Brit for the WCW Television Championship. And when The New World Order invaded, Zbyszko was one of the first to step up to defend WCW. With a helping hand from Bret "Hit Man" Hart, Zbyszko defeated Eric Bischoff at Starrcade 1997 and saved Monday Nitro from falling into the outlaw group's clutches.
Now, Zbyszko cements his status as a Living Legend in the sports-entertainment world, as he takes his place in the WWE Hall of Fame's Class of 2015.

Reason Why Ray Stevens Isn’t Going Into WWE Hall of Fame This Year
The reason WWE decided not to put “The Crippler” Ray Stevens into the Hall of Fame this year is because they are already inducting one deceased wrestler this year (Randy Savage). They didn’t want two deceased wrestlers to be inducted in the same class.
Opinionated View- Still say it's BS. I mean we leave out a true legend like Stevens yet we can induct a joke jobber tag team, a borderline at best guy, and a celeb who did what appeared at a few shows?

WWE issued the following press release on Tuesday regarding the WWE Hall of Fame television special.
USA Network will broadcast a one-hour special highlighting the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Monday, March 30 at 11/10C, immediately following Monday Night Raw®. WWE Legends, including "Macho Man" Randy Savage, The Bushwhackers, Alundra Blayze and Rikishi, as well as pop-culture icon Arnold Schwarzenegger will be immortalized as members of this year's WWE Hall of Fame class for their accomplishments and contributions in sports entertainment.
WWE's Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, airing for the ninth consecutive year on USA, dates back to 1993, when Andre the Giant was the first person inducted. A trailblazing woman in every sense, it's only right that Alundra Blayze's induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015 was announced at the start of Women's History Month.
Born Debrah Miceli, the Minnesota native broke into the industry in the mid-1980s, learning the ropes from Eddie Sharkey, the famed trainer who taught the likes of The Road Warriors, “Ravishing” Rick Rude and Jesse “The Body” Ventura. Tall, blonde and possessing the looks of a supermodel, she was a stark departure from the double-tough women of eras past. After adopting the ring name Madusa, she was brought on by Verne Gagne’s AWA, where she proved that despite her looks, she could hit just as hard as her opposition. Taking on future WWE Hall of Famers like Sensational Sherri and Wendi Richter, she captured the AWA Women’s Championship before leaving the company, and North America, for Japan.
Miceli spent three years wrestling and training with the revered All Japan Women’s Pro Wrestling promotion. She excelled in the hard-hitting environment, incorporating martial arts into her arsenal. When she returned to America in 1991, she joined WCW and Paul Heyman’s infamous Dangerous Alliance, aiding rule-breakers like Rude and “Stunning” Steve Austin in trying to take out heroes like Sting.
In 1993, she jumped to WWE, which was looking to revitalize its women’s division. Under the name Alundra Blayze, she won a tournament to capture the WWE Women’s Championship in late 1993. Blayze introduced the high-impact Japanese style to a new audience, bringing over foes like Aja Kong and Bull Nakano to show that women could fight just as well as their male counterparts.
Her career took a unique turn in 1995, when Blayze, after being released from her WWE contract, showed up on WCW Monday Nitro with the WWE Women’s Championship, only to throw it in the garbage on live television. The controversial moment remains one of the most talked-about milestones in the infamous Monday Night War.
Once again competing as Madusa, she helped WCW introduce its own women’s division, competing against Sherri and Nakano. By late 1999, she stepped outside of the women’s ranks and competed against the men, defeating Evan Karagias to capture the Cruiserweight Championship at that year’s Starrcade.
Since leaving wrestling after the closing of WCW, she entered the world of monster trucks, becoming one of the top drivers behind the wheel of a star-spangled truck bearing her ring name, Madusa. In addition to three reigns as WWF Women’s Champion, she’s also captured two Monster Jam World Finals championships.
Now, Alundra Blayze will be back under the WWE banner for the first time since 1995, when she joins the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015.

WWE Lets Confirmation of New Hall of Fame Member Leak (SPOILER)
According to PWInsider, a special WrestleMania magazine is hitting stores this week and features an article on Kevin Nash joining the WWE Hall of Fame. Nash was previously reported as a lock for this year, with the plan to have his induction close out the ceremony and Shawn Michaels inducting him, but this is the first time WWE has mentioned it. Previous reports indicated that he would be inducted as Diesel, similar to how Scott Hall was inducted as Razor Ramon.
As previously reported, tonight’s Hall of Fame announcement is expected to be Madusa, so Nash will be announced sometime later.

WWE To Announce Female Hall Of Famer On RAW
WWE has announced that another 2015 Hall of Fame announcement will be made on tomorrow night's RAW from New Jersey. They are hinting at a Diva being announced. WWE.com wrote the following teaser: "Who will be joining "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rikishi and The Bushwhackers in the Hall's Class of 2015 the night before WrestleMania 31? Could it be a pioneering woman grappler who competed alongside the likes of Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah? Could it be one of the Japanese women who brought their hard-hitting style to America in the early 1990s? Is it one of the sultry Divas from the infamous Attitude Era? Is it even a competitor, or could it be a woman who often accompanied legendary Superstars into battle?" We've noted that WWE has planned for former Women's Champion Madusa (Alundra Blayze) to go into the Hall this year.

Update on WWE Hall of Fame
WWE recently made a change to 2015 Hall of Fame plans and Ray "The Crippler" Stevens will not be inducted this year.
WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson had been pushing for Stevens to be inducted this year due to his history with the Bay Area, where WrestleMania is being held. It was expected that Patterson would be doing the induction also. While Stevens won't be inducted this year, he likely will enter the Hall at a later date.
This could also be a sign that Hall of Fame plans for this year are now finalized.
As noted, Kevin Nash is expected to be announced soon for the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class.
Nash will apparently be going in this year as "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel instead of under his real name. Obviously this opens up the door for a nWo induction in the future as Scott Hall was inducted as Razor Ramon last year. The main reason WWE is inducting Nash as Diesel is because they own the rights to that name.
