WWE Network to Boost Ratings?

WWE is trying to convince their TV partners that the WWE Network will increase the WWE's overall popularity, which will in turn help the TV product. WWE is selling the fact that the higher popularity of the company, the more popular the TV product, which will lead to the ratings rising. 

Opinionated View- Well of course they are going to say that. Of course it could backfire a huge chunk of the fan base doesn't watch Raw or Smackdown because they can catch it on the Network the next day.
