We begin this week’s show with a look back to the main event of last week’s match when it was announced that the person who pins or makes Adam Cole submit would earn a title match. The man who earned that opportunity was Chris Hero. Elgin vows that he will have gold around his waist when Ring of Honor returns to Pittsburgh.
We are in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and your announcers are Kevin ‘Happy Anniversary’ Kelly and Steve ‘Bringing home the Gold for my Homeland’ Corino.Roderick Strong has joined Kevin and Steve at the announce table.
Match Number One: Cedric Alexander versus Andrew Everett
They lock up and Alexander with a side head lock but Everett with a reversal. Alexander rolls through to escape the hold. They lock up again and Alexander with a wrist lock. Everett with a reversal but Alexander with an arm drag. Everett lands on his feet after Alexander tries to send him to the mat. Everett with a head scissors but Alexander lands on his feet. Everett with a leg sweep and then he goes for a standing moonsault but Alexander moves. Alexander goes for a spinning kick but Everett moves.
Everett with a waist lock but Cedric rolls through to escape. Everett with a head scissors and drop kick. Everett charges into the corner but Alexander moves. Everett with a kick to the head followed by an arm drag that sends Alexander to the floor. Everett goes to the apron when Alexander returns to the ring. Alexander with a drop kick that knocks Everett off the apron.
Alexander with chops to Everett before they return to the ring.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Alexander with a back elbow for a near fall. Alexander with a reverse chin lock. Everett with a jawbreaker but Alexander responds with a back drop that sends Everett about 10 feet in the air. Alexander with a near fall. Alexander with a snap mare followed by a drop kick to the back for a near fall. Alexander punches Everett.
Everett punches back and they continue to exchange punches. Everett with kicks but Alexander blocks one and Alexander responds with an enzuigiri for a near fall. Alexander with a rear chin lock. Everett with elbows and he tries for an O’Connor Roll but Alexander holds on to the ropes. Everett with a dropsault and Alexander goes to the floor. Everett with a springboard shooting star press onto Alexander.
Everett sends Alexander back into the ring. Everett with a springboard drop kick followed by a running forearm into the corner. Everett with a rana driver for a near fall. Everett goes to the apron and up top. Everett leaps over Alexander. Alexander catches Everett when Everett tries for another rana. Alexander gets Everett on his shoulders and sets for an Air Raid Crash but turns it into a flatliner for a near fall.
Alexander is shocked that he could not finish off Everett with that move. Alexander waits for Everett to get up and he misses a charge into the corner. Alexander goes for a springboard move but Everett side steps him and gets a rollup for a near fall. Alexander with a running drop kick into the corner for a near fall. Alexander puts Everett on the turnbuckles and he punches Andrew. Everett punches Alexander and knocks him to the mat. Alexander with a leaping forearm to Everett.
Alexander with head butts to Everett on the turnbuckles. Alexander is stopped by Everett who sends Cedric to the mat. Everett with a 630 splash but he lands on Cedric’s knees. Alexander with the Lumbar Check for the three count.
Winner: Cedric Alexander
After the match, Roderick Strong throws a water bottle at Alexander before leaving the ringside area.

We are back with footage of Truth Martini getting rid of the Hoopla and Matt Taven getting rid of Truth Martini.
Match Number Two: Kyle O’Reilly versus Kevin Steen
They lock up and Kyle with a waist lock but Steen gets to the ropes and Kyle releases the hold. Steen cheers for wrestling after that exchange. They lock up and Steen with a waist lock but Kyle with a wrist lock and Steen gets to the ropes again. Steen wants the people to cheer for the rope for the great job it has done so far this match.
They lock up again and Kyle with a wrist lock. Steen cannot get to the rope as Kyle brings him back into the center of the ring. Steen with a kip up and drop kick to get out of the hold. Steen grabs the rope to thank it. Steen with two arm drags and Kyle blocks a third one. Steen with a snap mare and crucifix for a near fall. Steen with a rollup for a near fall.
Steen with an arm drag into an arm bar. Kyle with a head butt to the midsection and kick to the leg. Kyle with more kicks. Kyle with a kick to the chest but Steen with an elbow. Kyle with a leaping knee and then an emphatic charge into a slap to the face. Steen slaps Kyle and sends him to the floor.
Steen goes to the floor after Kyle. Steen with a chop and then a kick to the groin followed by another chop. Steen with a chop and then Steen sets for a power bomb onto the apron but Kyle grabs the ropes and gets back into the ring. Steen with a clothesline to Kyle followed by a back senton for a near fall.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Kyle gets to the ropes on a Sharpshooter. Steen with a chop and Kyle misses one. Steen with another chop. Steen with an Irish whip but Kyle floats over. Kyle with a kick and slap followed by a leaping knee. Steen blocks a kick but Kyle blocks a clothesline and he puts the arm in a hammer lock and Kyle with a leg sweep and Steen lands on his arm.
Kyle gets a near fall. Kyle continues to work on the arm and he sends Steen shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Kyle wraps the arm in the ropes. Steen with a forearm while Kyle berates him. Kyle kicks Steen in the arm. Steen with punches and forearms. Kyle with a wrist lock and Steen with punches to try to get out of the hold. Steen finally gets Kyle to the mat with a punch.
Kyle hits Steen in the arm when Steen tries for an Irish whip. Kyle with a hammer lock divorce court. Kyle gets a near fall and then Kyle with a key lock on the injured arm. Kyle sends Steen shoulder first into the turnbuckles. He does it again to Steen, but Steen comes out of the corner with a clothesline.
Steen has trouble getting back to his feet because of the arm injury. Steen with chops but he cannot Irish whip Kyle. Steen sends Kyle over the top rope to the floor. Steen goes to the floor again and Kyle sends Steen shoulder first into the ring post. Kyle is met with a kick on the running drop kick attempt. Steen with a power bomb onto the apron.
Steen goes up top and hits a senton for a near fall. Kyle with a kick in the corner and then he tries for a missile drop kick but Steen catches him. Kyle with kicks to the arm followed by a guillotine but Steen sends Kyle into the turnbuckles. Steen with a cannonball and he gets a near fall.
Steen signals for the package piledriver but Kyle counters with a kick. Kyle counters the F-Cinq with a cross arm breaker but Steen gets his foot on the rope to force Kyle to release the hold. Kyle with a running knee into the corner but Steen pushes Kyle away on a Tornado DDT attempt. Kyle with a kick to block a clothesline and Kyle with a round kick for a near fall.
Kyle puts Steen on the turnbuckles and Kyle with a forearm. Kyle sets for a superplex but Steen blocks it. Kyle with forearms to the back but Steen bites Kyle and hits a Super Muscle Buster for a near fall.
We go to commercial.
We are back and both men are down. Steen grabs Kyle’s mouthpiece and he uses it and he sets for the package piledriver but Kyle counters with the cross arm breaker. Steen finally gets to the ropes while Kyle pulls at the fingers. Kyle wants his mouthpiece back. Kyle kicks Steen and Steen throws the mouthpiece at Kyle. Steen with a pop up power bomb followed by a package piledriver but Kyle gets his foot on the ropes.
Cliff Compton is in the crowd and Steen goes to the floor. Kyle hits the running drop kick off the apron and he hits Steen in the arm. Kyle with an axe kick an Saito suplex for a near fall. Kyle with the cross arm breaker but Steen rolls through and applies the Sharpshooter and Kyle taps out.
Winner: Kevin Steen
After the match Compton gets on the guardrails.
Kevin Steen takes the mic and he asks Compton if he wants attention. He tells him to go over the guardrails. Pittsburgh is not Steel City, it is Steen City.
Cliff comes over the guardrails and security tries to keep Compton from getting into the ring. Compton throws security around on the floor and Steen gives the referee an F-Cinq.
Compton and Steen fight in the ring and security does their best to do their least.
Once everyone is cleared out of the ring. Steen sends Compton to the floor and then he sends Compton into the guardrails. Steen takes a table and then he sends Compton into the guardrails again. They go to the apron and Steen sets for a package piledriver off the apron but Compton with a low blow. Compton puts Steen on the table and Compton goes up top. Compton with a frog splash onto Steen through the table.
We go to credits.
