WWE posted the following on their Facebook, acknowledging issues fans are having as they try to sign up for the WWE Network…

"Please be patient if you're ordering WWE Network as we're experiencing extremely high demand. Your order will be processed as soon as possible." 

Opinionated View- Good thing I'm not trying to order. You wonder if this will cost the WWE some money if people just go "Forget it."
