More New Japan and ROH Shows

- The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Joe Koff and New Japan Pro Wrestling president Naoki Sugabayashi met last week to discuss future projects between ROH and NJPW. The two promotions recently co-promoted joint shows in Toronto and New York. So it appears that the working relationship with NJPW and ROH will continue going forward.
NJPW and ROH are reportedly planning on returning to Toronto and New York again in 2015. The two promotions will also put on two more shows in 2015 in the US, including one in Chicago, Illinois. The events will feature wrestlers from both promotions.
In addition, the NJPW Tokyo Dome show in January 2015 will feature ROH talent. GFW will be airing the event on PPV in the US.

Opinionated View- Oh god I'm sure the IWC is losing it right now declaring how great these shows will be. Guess what the first two shows were really boring. ROH needs to work on ROH not doing ROH and New Japan shows.

I've seen a lot of people blame TNA Management/Dixie Carter for how long it took for the TV deal to come through. What I think a lot of people have to consider is any type of negation is hard and there are many things that can come. Remember earlier this year the all might WWE had its own issues with its TV deal not only was it last second but all reports are it was a let down. So much so it actually drove there stock price down. Why I would preferred the TV deal for TNA been locked up months ago I also wasn't on the table. Remember Dixie can't just think about getting on TV she has to look at things like promotion, how much if any money the network might give to fund TNA. All and all it sounds like Dixie and TNA got a pretty good deal with Destination America who is willing to make TNA a cornerstone, replay Impact and maybe give them a second show.

ROH 11/22/14 Tag Wars 2014 TV Taping Results *SPOILERS*

The Addiction defeated The Decade. Daniels pinned BJ.
ACH & Matt Sydal defeated The Young Bucks after a Shooting Star Press/450 combo on… I think it was Nick Jackson.

Episode 2:
Adam Cole comes out for a promo about Jay Briscoe. Papa Briscoe interrupts from the front row, and after a few words, Briscoe turns his back to Cole and gets superkicked in the back of the head. Jay and Mark rush out while Cole beats a very brave retreat into the crowd.
Roderick Strong defeated Papadon via Death by Roderick
Caprice Coleman & Will Ferrara defeated Brutal Burgers. Brutal Bob was pissed with Cheeseburger and pushed him down before apologizing.
Hanson vs. Michael Elgin went to a no-contest after Elgin put Hanson through a table at ringside.
Tommaso Ciampa defeated Cedric Alexander with a neckbreaker onto the exposed plywood under the canvas. Crazy match, lots of heat, probably the best of the night.
Internet Exclusive Match: Moose squashed someone. Stokely Hardaway introduced Prince Nana as the man who convinced him to turn on RD Evans. Moose vs. Evans was announced for Final Battle

Opinionated View- These sound pretty awful. Cole and Briscoe has been driven into the ground and I think this means it going past Final Battle. Elgin shouldn't be a heel. So the RD Evans and Nana feud is still going on. Why in the name of fuck is it? And ROH no one cares about Bob Evans just let him go.

Bad News Barrett Close To Returning

WWE star Bad News Barrett is said to be nearly four to six weeks away from being able to return to in-ring action for WWE according to a report by Dave Meltzer. Barrett has nearly all of his strength back in his shoulder that was separated back in June prior to the Money in the Bank PPV. Barrett will appear during the pre-show of tonight's Survivor Series PPV in St. Louis and has been recently training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.

More Info on 1/4 New Japan PPV

Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling and New Japan are hoping to get 10,000 PPV buys in North America for the Wrestlekingdom PPV on January 4 at the Tokyo Dome according to a report by Dave Meltzer. 10,000 would be considered a solid success, 7,000-8,000 buys would be considered OK and anything lower than that would be considered a disappointment for New Japan's debut on US PPV. Depending on how the show does on PPV will determine if New Japan decides to do future PPVs in the US. It is said that their goal number is not high because there is very minimal added expenses to air the show live on US PPV on the New Japan end.

Jeff Jarrett is still looking at potential color commentators for Jim Ross on the English language broadcast of the show. Ross has input on the final decision for color commentator, but the final decision solely will be made by Jarrett who it will be. Jarrett spoke with former UFC star Chael Sonnen recently about doing the show, as Sonnen & Ross recently did commentary on the Battlegrounds MMA PPV show in October. TNA commentator Mike Tenay is said to be the overall leading candidate to do the show, with Jarrett and Ross being on the same page in regards to Tenay possibly doing the color commentary. ROH commentator Kevin Kelly was also thought of to possibly do the color commentary, but he will be unable to due to ROH filming TV in Nashville on January 3.

Injured Star to Attended WWE Survivor Series

Roman Reigns is scheduled to attend tonight's WWE Survivor Series PPV in St. Louis. It remains to be seen if Reigns will be appearing on camera at the PPV.

Three Big Name Rumored For WWE Surivor Series

Yet another name is being rumored for WWE Survivor Series tomorrow. According to PWInsider, Roman Reigns is scheduled to attend the event on Sunday.
Per the report, it is not confirmed if Reigns will make an on-camera appearance or not, but he will be in attendance. According to an earlier report, Reigns is being locally advertised for an appearance at WWE TLC 2014 in December.
So the rumors all place Randy Orton, Sting, and Roman Reigns at Survivor Series. Some of the reports said appearances by Orton and Sting are definite.
Interestingly enough, Jim Ross commented on Twitter about the Sting appearance being a “planted leak.” Make of that what you will.

News on WWE NXT’s Plans for Hideo Itami and Finn Balor

- WWE has reportedly had discussions of Hideo Itami and Finn Balor having a run as NXT tag team champions. The two wrestlers would later split off for singles runs in WWE NXT.
Finn Balor reportedly does not want to spend too much time in NXT. That was apparently one of the conversations he had with WWE officials before he signed with the company.
