Kalisto and Sin Cara, the Lucha Dragons, are scheduled for this week’s RAW and Smackdown tapings. They made their main roster TV debuts last week, beating Curtis Axel and Heath Slater in a match taped for WWE Main Event.

Update On Reports Of A WWE NXT Superstar Possibly Getting A Gay Hair Stylist Gimmick

It was reported last night via Reddit's MetsFan4Ever that WWE NXT officials recently tested out Kalisto with a gay hair stylist gimmick and that it may be his new character going forward.A WWE source reached out today and said that the report is not true and there will be no character change with Kalisto.Kalisto was trending worldwide on Twitter around midnight after the report came out and fan reaction was not positive.

Kalisto Getting Gay Hair Stylist Gimmick?

WWE insider MetsFan4Ever has dropped a new bit of information, this time about NXT star Kalisto. The Reddit user reports that the Lucha Dragons dropped the NXT Tag Team Titles because creative is considering a new gimmick for Kalisto.
According to him, WWE is trying to find a new Latino star with Rey Mysterio on the way out. Since Sin Cara was more or less a bust, they’re planning to go with Kalisto in the unmasked gimmick of a gay hair stylist.
Kalisto reportedly did very well in the gimmick and officials are seriously considering moving ahead with that gimmick instead of his current one.

Update on NXT Stars Potentially Appearing in The Rumble Match

Yesterday it was reported that some NXT stars could appear in the Royal Rumble match. WWE sent out a survey yesterday, asking which NXT stars fans would like to see in the Rumble. NXT stars Adrian Neville, Kalisto, Hideo Itami, Finn Balor, Bull Dempsey, Tyler Breeze, Enzo Amore, and Sami Zayn were included in the survey.

NXT Star Reportedly Headed to the Main Roster Soon (SPOILERS)

There is a lot of speculation that Kalisto will be called up to the WWE main roister in the very near future. Kalisto is currently one half of the NXT tag team champions with Sin Cara, but will be losing those titles on the January 28th edition of WWE NXT.

Opinionated View- He's a talented guy and he works pretty well with Sin Cara. But the problem is go on the main roster tag teams mean nothing and I could easily see a masked guy getting lost in shuffle.

Update On Four NXT Talents Set To Go To Main Roster

The latest NXT talents set to be moved to the main roster are Kalisto, The Ascension and Charlotte. The Ascension are the current NXT tag champions while Charlotte is the NXT Women's champion. Since she's being called up soon, there has been talk of having Charlotte lose her title to Bayley at NXT Takeover 2, but nothing has been decided upon yet. 

Opinionated View- I'm not to sold on Charlotte I think a lot of people over sell her based on who her father is. The Ascension is a good team and a cool act (even if I do feel the version with TNA's Bram was the better one) but we have seen how WWE handles tag teams it wouldn't shock me have to do jobs to the freaking Dust Brothers. Kalisto is a great talent but I worry he will be one of those guys creative never gets together on.

NXT Star Being Fast Tracked to Main Roster?

According to The Wrestling Observer (via wrestlezone.com), there has been talk of fast tracking Kalisto (the former Samuray del Sol) to the main roster by the end of the year. At this time, WWE feels that they need a Latino babyface star, especially since Sin Cara and Los Matadores are now being booked as a preliminary acts and Rey Mysterio has not been a full time performer in some time..

Two NXT Stars May Be Called Up Soon

- WWE is reportedly going to bring up some NXT talent in early 2014. Right now the two top names being discussed are Bo Dallas and Kalisto (the former Samuray del Sol).

Opinionated View- No not Bo Dallas. Dallas is just boring there is no other way to explain the guy. He's just boring. He had stint on the main roster earlier this year and everyone went "Who the hell are you? Well go away"
