Kevin Steen Signs With WWE

Former Ring of Honor World Champion Kevin Steen has signed a deal with WWE. WWE has been wanting Steen for a while and he was a part of the WWE's try-out camp. There was nothing reported at the time about him possibly getting signed. 

Steen will likely finish his independent bookings in the next few weeks, as he's still advertised for shows through the rest of this month. It's unknown when he will report to the NXT Performance Center. 

Opinionated View- On the one hand I'm happy for Steen who is a great wrestler. Been working hard for years and seems like an awesome dude from what I can tell. On the other hand I'm worried WWE is going to blow it. Give him a dumb gimmick or stick in NXT for way to long.
