ROH Announces Tag Title Match For Manhattan Mayhem V (SPOILERS)

ROH sent out the following today…
Last Saturday night in Providence, as part of the "Ring of Honor Wrestling" TV Tapings, World Tag Team Champions reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) were set for a Proving Ground contest against the reigning IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champions The Forever Hooligans (Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov).

Well due to circumstances of reDRagon's own making (as you will see in this weekend's edition of ROH TV), that Proving Ground match became a World Title match and ultimately led to the crowning of brand new champions in Romero & Koslov! In addition, it also shuffled up the scheduled World Tag Title Team bout for "All Star Extravaganza V" this Saturday night in Toronto where Fish & O'Reilly were set to defend their championships against rivals The American Wolves (Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards)!

Now, as a result of their victory, on Saturday The Hooligans will make their first title defense against Eddie & Davey while reDRagon, in protest, has refused to even make the trip across the border to compete at "ASE V"! Still, as the former champions, there is a rematch in their future and ROHWrestling.com has learned that Kyle & Bobby will have their opportunity to reclaim the gold very soon...
