WWE doctors cleared John Cena to make a return to the ring at the upcoming Hell in a Cell PPV on 10/27 in Miami. As announced on Monday night, Cena will challenge Alberto Del Rio for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the event. Many were surprised by the announcement with Cena undergoing surgery for a torn tricep back in late August. Cena was advertised to be out four to six months.
Opinionated View- The key is WWE doctors from what I have heard there main form of treatment is "work through it." Cena always rushes back from injures though but sooner or later it is going to catch him.

John Cena to Return to WWE TV Next Month?
- While he won't be back in the ring until next year, John Cena may be coming back to TV next month. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Cena reportedly wants to make appearances to promote the company's campaign with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Cena was heavily involved last year.
As for Cena's rehab process, it is expected to be a major storyline for the second half of the WWE Total Divas season, which begins airing in November.
Opinionated View- God damn it! More Cena is just such a great guy BS. And we all know that is what they are going to do like they did last year.

Update on John Cena's Injury
John Cena's injury may require a shorter physical rehab than was initially feared. Cena's tricep tear is smaller than what expected; he is still having surgery but he may not be out for quite as long as feared. He will be having surgery this week.
As a side note, the story on Raw Cena gave about WWE wanting to cancel the main event at SummerSlam and him refusing is said to be legit.

WWE's Dr. Michael Sampson Comments on John Cena’s Injury
- WWE's Dr. Michael Sampson recently spoke with WWE.com about John Cena's injury. Here is what he had to say about the injury and how it will be repaired…
"John has been dealing with a large left elbow bursitis. We did an MRI, which showed a partial triceps tear. Being the warrior that he is, he did not want to have surgery [forcing him to cancel his SummerSlam match].
After SummerSlam, John agreed with us to have surgery this week with WWE's Dr. James Andrews. He will begin physical therapy after that."

John Cena to Miss Four to Six Months
On tonight's 8/19 WWE RAW from Anaheim, John Cena announced that he would be leaving to take care of his injured elbow. It was revealed that the fluid built up in Cena's elbow was due to a torn tricep that will require surgery.
Cena announced he will be out of action for four to six months.
Report John Cena Injured Taking Time Off
Mike Johnson is reporting that John Cena will be taking time off to get his currently injured elbow taken care of. Its also said that instead of past times when Cena would have an injury and would come back earlier than usual, the belief is Cena will take the time off he needs to let his elbow fully recover.
Opinionated View- Seems like Cena gets hurt once a year and every year we hear "He will take real time off." And he's just back the next night. And last time Cena was hurt he may not have been wrestling he was still on the show every week. If there is any good news this might allow Daniel Bryan to stay in the main event and spare us for a little while another Cena vs Orton match.
