New Japan News and Notes

On Sunday night, New Japan announced that the reunited Golden Lovers tag-team of Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi would face The Young Bucks on the Strong Style Evolved live special on March 25 from Long Beach, California airing on AXS TV.
This match was set-up over the weekend during the Honor Rising events in Tokyo after The Young Bucks announced that they would be moving up to the Heavyweight Tag Team Division.

On Sunday night, New Japan announced the following participants and first-round matches for the 2018 New Japan Cup tournament, beginning on March 9 and concluding with the Finals on March 21.
