News on WWE Letting Contracts Expire to Avoid Announcing the Release of WWE Superstars

PWInsider reports that there is a belief that WWE are letting contracts for wrestlers expire, instead of announcing their release, as a way to downplay the controversy and negativity toward the company when people leave. WWE is now taking the strategy of no longer announcing the releases of WWE Superstars. They are letting the contracts expire, and the wrestlers will announce it themselves.
