6/8 ROH TV Report

We are in Baltimore, Maryland and your announcers are Steve ‘Jon Miller’ Corino and Kevin ‘The Other Guy’ Kelly.
We start off with the announcement that Matt Taven is not going to be in the Defy or Deny Match, but we will see Adam Cole face off against Jimmy Jacobs and Mark Briscoe. If either man can defeat Cole, they will earn a title match, but if Cole wins, he will never have to face them in a match.
Match Number One: BJ Whitmer and Adam Page (with Tadarius Thomas) versus Hanson and Raymond Rowe
Page and Rowe start things off and they lock up. Page with a clean break that shocks Rowe and Whitmer yells at Page for doing that. They lock up again and Page is given another chance for a clean break but he slaps Rowe. Rowe with a double leg take down and waist lock take down. Rowe with a chop followed by a forearm in the corner. Hanson tags in and he connects with a knee. Rowe with a knee and Hanson with a clothesline to the back of the head for a near fall.
Hanson with knees followed by a side slam and he gets a near fall. Rowe tags in and he punches Page in the ribs. Rowe with a chop followed by an Irish whip and forearm into the corner. Rowe with an Irish whip followed by an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Rowe runs Page into the corner but Whitmer kicks Rowe and BJ tags in and he chops Rowe.
Whitmer with a chop but Rowe with punches. Whitmer with a front face lock and guillotine. Whitmer sends Rowe into the turnbuckles and he tags Page back in. Page with a kick and punch. Rowe does not go into the turnbuckles and he sends Page into the turnbuckles. Page with an Irish whip. Page with a drop toe hold and punches to Rowe.
Rowe gets Page on his back and he sends Page into the turnbuckles. Rowe with an elbow. Rowe runs into a boot and Page with a missile drop kick for a near fall. Whitmer tags in and he kicks Rowe while Page keeps Rowe from getting to his corner.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Rowe with elbows to Whitmer but BJ with a kick and he sends Rowe into the turnbuckles. Page tags in and he chops Rowe and punches him. Rowe pushes Page but Page with more punches. Whitmer tags back in and he kicks Rowe. Whitmer slaps Rowe but Rowe with a forearm. They go back and forth with forearms and Whitmer with a slam and he tags in Page, who goes up top. Rowe moves and he hits a uranage and both men are down.
Hanson tags in and he gives Page a back body drop followed by an elbow and chop. Hanson with a clothesline into the corner followed by an Irish whip and clothesline. Hanson with a Bronco Buster and then he punches Whitmer on the apron. Page with an enzuigiri but Hanson with a power slam. Whitmer with a knee to Rowe. Hanson with a cartwheel and clothesline to Whitmer. Page with a shooting star press for a near fall.
Rowe with a belly-to-belly to Whitmer. Rowe gets Page up and Hanson hits Fallout for the three count.
Winners: Hanson and Raymond Rowe
We go to commercial.
We are back and Ramone and Veda Scott make their way to the ring. The New Streak is now at 113-0, according to the sign. Veda has something to say. She says that it is time for the most critical moment of your week. It is time for an update on the New Streak. It will not be defended tonight because RD Evans is on an important diplomatic mission to Swaziland because he is the current Swazi Heavyweight Champion.
Veda is interrupted by The Romantic Touch, who has a rose in his hand and he makes his way to the ring.
Ramone stands between Touch and Veda for a moment.
Veda says that she is glad that he is here. Seeing that rose guitar solo, she has been so busy promoting the New Streak and litigating that she hasn’t had a chance.
Touch says that Veda has been so busy that she forgot about Veda Time. He hands her this rose and he says that if she takes that rose and eleven other roses and stood in front of a mirror, she would be looking at the twelve most beautiful things in the world.
Veda says that she never hears anyone say anything that nice about her, especially Ramone.
Touch says that if it came down to breathing or loving her, his last breath, would be ‘I Love You’.
Veda says that she is here and he is here and people say that she needs to follow her heart. She tells Touch to close his eyes and let’s do this. Veda kicks Touch in the ding ding. Veda tells Rhett that the New Streak might be 113-0, but never in a million years.
We see a video package for Future of Honor.
Bob Evans has joined Steve and Kevin at the announce table for the next match.
Match Number Two: Bill Daly, Will Ferrara, and Zizou Middoux versus J. Diesel, Moose, and Vinny Marsegliain a Future of Honor Showcase Match
Middoux and Diesel start off and Middoux with a forearm and back breaker and then he hits a second back breaker. Ferrara tags in and he connects with a forearm and kicks. Diesel with punches and then he connects with more punches in the corner that stagger Ferrera. Diesel with an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner followed by a fallaway slam for a near fall.
Vinny tags in and he applies a wrist lock. Will with an Irish whip but Vinny with a rollup that sends Will into the turnbuckles. Will with a forearm and then he climbs the turnbuckles but Vinny pushes him away. Will with a forearm and a running back elbow into the corner. Will misses a splash and Vinny with a running forearm and then he gets a near fall. Daly makes the blind tag and he slaps Vinny.
Daly with a slam and a fist drop for a near fall. Daly with chops and Will tags back in and he punches Vinny. Vinny with a belly-to-back set up into an elbow driver. Moose and Middoux tag in and he connects with head butts. Moose sends Middoux to the floor and then he back drops Will over the top rope. Moose with a drop kick to Daly.
Diesel with a clothesline off the apron onto all three people. Vinny goes up top with a senton onto all three men. Middoux is in the ring and he turns round into a spear and Moose gets the three count.
Winners: J. Diesel, Moose, and Vinny Marseglia
We go to commercial.
We are back and Michael Elgin has joined Steve and Kevin at the announce table.
Match Number Three: Jimmy Jacobs (with Tadarius Thomas and Adam Page) versus Mark Briscoe versus Adam Cole in a Defy or Deny Match
Briscos pushes Jacobs away and he goes to the floor to go after Cole. Jacobs with a guillotine on Cole but Briscoe sends Jacobs to the floor. Cole punches Briscoe and drop kicks him in the knee. Briscoe with an elbow and chops to Cole. Briscoe with a punch to Cole. Jacobs sends Briscoe to the floor and Jimmy punches and kicks Cole in the corner. Briscoe pushes Jimmy away and Jimmy pushes Mark out of the way.
Jimmy and Mark square off in the ring and Cole goes to the apron to watch. Jacobs and Briscoe exchange punches. Briscoe with a chop and we go to commercial.
We are back and Cole is now watching the action from the guardrails. Briscoe with a punch and chops to Jacobs. Mark with a drop kick to Cole through the ropes and Mark with a springboard drop kick to Jacobs. Briscoe goes after Cole on the floor and he kicks Cole and then he Irish whips Cole into the guardrails. Mark with another Irish whip into the guardrails. Briscoe with a suplex to Cole on the floor.
Briscoe with an elbow to Cole and then Briscoe lands on his feet on a back body attempt. Jacobs goes to the turnbuckles for an Ace Crusher but Cole with a super kick to Jacobs for a near fall. Cole punches Jacobs and then he kicks Briscoe out of the ring. Cole with a forearm to Jacobs and he kicks Jacobs in the corner.
Cole puts Jacobs on the turnbuckles and Cole goes up for a superplex but Briscoe pulls Cole off the turnbuckles. Briscoe with a Northern Lights Suplex on Cole, but Jacobs with a back senton off the turnbuckles to break up the cover and Jacobs gets a near fall on Briscoe. Jacobs rolls Briscoe out of the ring.
Jacobs sends Cole into the turnbuckles and he punches Cole. Cole with a float over and Jacobs goes for another Ace Crusher but Cole counters with a lungblower. Briscoe stops Cole from hitting the Florida Key on Jacobs and Briscoe with a Saito suplex on Cole. Briscoe runs into a boot from Cole. Briscoe is sent into Jacobs who hits the Contra Code and then Jacobs with a head scissors and spear for a near fall.
Jacobs with a guillotine on Cole but Cole gets back to his feet and he turns it into a shoulder breaker. Briscoe with a running drop kick and Mark goes up top and hits the elbow drop on Jacobs and then Cole with a super kick to Briscoe to allow Cole to pin Jacobs.
Jimmy Jacobs Eliminated
We go to commercial.
We are back and Briscoe and Cole are on their feet again. Cole and Briscoe exchange forearms and punches. Cole with a flurry of forearms but Briscoe with an uppercut and chops to Cole. Cole gets Briscoe up and then Cole hits an enzuigiri and Shining Wizard for a near fall. Briscoe with a Death Valley Driver and he goes up top. Briscoe is crotched when Cole gets up and hits the ropes.
Cole sets for a superplex but Briscoe holds on to the turnbuckles for a moment and then he pushes Cole off. Briscoe hits the elbow drop from the top turnbuckle but Cole gets his foot on the rope to stop the count. Briscoe pushes Cole to the floor. Briscoe goes to the apron and he hits a Cactus Jack Elbow off the apron. Briscoe rolls Cole back into the ring and he gets a near fall.
Briscoe gets Cole up for the Burning Hammer but Cole with an elbow. Cole tries for Florida Key but Briscoe backs Cole into the corner to escape. Cole with a super kick to the back of the head followed by a kick to the head and Florida Key for the three count.
Winner: Adam Cole
After the match, Cole celebrates his victory in the ring with his title belt, but Michael Elgin gets on the apron and into the ring.
Elgin has a mic and he tells Cole that the title belt is going to look real good around his waist.
We go to credits.
