More Come Out Against Bill DeMott

UPDATE: Another former developmental talent has come out today to back Austin Matelson’s claims that Bill DeMott was abusive to developmental trainees. Kevin Matthews sent the Sports Courier an account from Ryan Collins, who Matthews said was released shortly after sending the letter.

On DeMott being physically abusive: “As I was sitting on the table, she examined my eyes and reaction time. Eventually Coach DeMott came in asking what happened. I told him the story of how everything happened, he then accused me of making things worse. Which is not uncommon as Coach DeMott gets angry and standoffish at any sign of injury. The main part of this story that angers me is that as he was leaving the trainers room, Coach DeMott slapped me on top of the head. This really angered me as I don’t believe he has right to put hands on anyone especially like that. I was lucky that my head injury wasn’t too serious. His negligence in this situation could have worsened my injury.”
On being buillied: “I have also grown very tired of how Coach DeMott has constantly bullied us. Whether by physically hitting us, or by calling us gay. He has on numerous occasions alluded to me being gay. His favorite phrase is “half a sissy” not to mention him calling me and others ‘faggots’…I have also witnessed Coach DeMott try to rip a t-shirt off Alexander Rusev, shortly after he had neck surgery. He has on numerous occasions called Oliver Grey (Joel Pettyfer) Pedophile, smacked Enzo Amore (Eric Arndt) in the mouth. He has also told Enzo to kill himself on atleast one occassion that I heard with my own ears.”

Opinionated View- As I said earlier stuff like this has been thrown at DeMott for years. I think he even got fired from the WWE when he worked for Deep South. But someone keeps giving him a chance. I know some will argue "Oh you need someone like that." But there is a line between tough and being a jackass.

WWE NXT Now Free to Watch on Hulu

WWE NXT has been moved from Hulu Plus to Hulu's Free area, which means that anyone who can access Hulu's videos can watch the series

WWE Developmental News and Notes

- The WWE will be going through staff changes at WWE develomental when NXT goes to Winter Park, Florida. The belief among those in NXT is that Steve Keirn will no longer be involved when the move is made. There are some staffers who technically worked for FCW and not WWE who will be transferred to other positions or leaving the company altogether.

- The official launch date of WWE Performance Center is currently 7/8. The talents signed have to be in the Orlando, Florida area the first week of July.

New Names On the Way to WWE Developmental, WWE Holding Tryout Camp

WWE will be holding a new tryout camp featuring around 15 amateur wrestlers that Gerald Brisco has personally scouted. WWE's Canyon Ceman has also been scouting in Colorado Springs looking at various Olympic athletes. As reported on earlier, Jim Ross recently met with the National Football League Players Association about creating some kind of a relationship with players cut by NFL teams.

Some new names are also in WWE developmental. Ryan Drago, a Missouri independent wrestler, is heading to Florida. He was originally trained by Harley Race. Northeast independent wrestler Smith James is also heading to developmental and made the announcement on Twitter not long ago. He was trained by former ECW Champion and current TNA commentator Taz.
