ACH to WWE? Updates on Nation and Jacobs

- The Wrestling Observer reports that WWE is interested in signing ACH once his ROH contract expires.
– The site adds that Uhaa Nation is expected to debut with NXT “very soon.”
– As previously reported, Jimmy Jacobs has signed to WWE to work on the writing team. Jacobs was initially assumed to be heading to NXT to work with the guys he was already familiar with, but he is reportedly headed to Connecticut instead where he will be part of the Raw and Smackdown writing team.

Three New Talents Sign With NXT

The following three independent wrestlers are said to have signed developemental deals with WWE and will report to NXT in the coming weeks, per a report by Mike Johnson:
* Uhaa Nation, who is known for his work in Dragon Gate USA/EVOLVE and Dragon Gate in Japan.
* Chris Atkins, who has done independent work for a number of promotions in Australia and was beginning bodybuilding training in Los Angeles prior to his signing.
* Jasmin Arrebi, who is known for her work in AIW out of Cleveland, Ohio and for a number of independent promotions in Canada. Arrebi was trained by former TNA Knockout Taylor Wilde (Shantelle Taylor).

Opinionated View- Nation is the only one I remember seeing. And he is awful he's just another indy darling that the net made to big a deal out of.

Uhaa Nation Agrees to Terms With WWE

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that after a long period of speculation, Uhaa Nation (Sesugh Uhaa) has agreed to terms with WWE on a contract.

As reported previously, Uhaa participated in a tryout camp back in October and WWE officials were impressed, making him a high-priority signing. There had been some uncertainty when it was reported he was signed to a WWN contract, though it it appears that he has worked that out. No word in when he will officially come on board.

Uhaa Nation Reportedly Under Contract With WWN

As previously reported, WWE is said to be interested in signing Uhaa Nation to a developmental deal. There were rumors at last week’s Preston City Wrestling event that Nation actually signed with the company and would go to the WWE Performance Center in a couple of months.
However, Gabe Sapolsky has said that Nation is still under contract with WWN and hasn’t signed with WWE. It’s said that he is encouraging Nation to sign with WWE, as he has done with his talent in the past.

Opinionated View- Nation would be better off staying on the Indy Scene and learning the guy is really over hyped. He's awful we don't need another big goof on the WWE roster when already have Ryback, Big E, Rusev, Henry.

Uhaa Nation Considered High Priority For WWE

There have been reports that Uhaa Nation, an independent wrestler based in California, has signed a developmental deal with WWE. He was said to be one of the standouts at a tryout camp at the WWE Performance Center in September. Officials were so impressed that trainers went to Reseda, California to watch his match for a PWG (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla) event the next month. Nation has been wrestling since 2009. He is billed as six feet tall and weighs 240 pounds. He’s known for his high flying and power wrestling.

He’s considered a “a very high priority for WWE.” At this past weekend’s Preston City Wrestling event in the UK, Nation beat Chris Masters to win the PCW Championship. There was a lot of buzz at the event that Nation signed with WWE and go to the Performance Center in Orlando soon.

Opinionated View- Uhaa Nation sucks! He's not good enough to be on a major roster at this time. Not even in NXT he needs to be on the indy scene still trying to learn.

WWE Reportedly Interested in Signing Uhaa Nation

According to reported WWE insider and Reddit user MetsFan4ever (via rajah.com), WWE is interested in signing Uhaa Nation. Nation has been working primarily for the WWNLive promotions (EVOLVE and DGUSA) as well as Dragon Gate in Japan. He attended a recent WWE tryout at the Performance Center, and impressed WWE officials with both his size and speed. WWE then sent officials to last weekend’s PWG show to watch Nation work a live event. Nation is reportedly looked at as a high priority signing for the company.
