Update on WWE Ring Announcing

WWE has announced earlier today that Lillian Garcia will be the new ring announcer on RAW and Eden Stiles will be the new ring announcer on Smackdown, starting this week. This change was made due to the release of RAW ring announcer Justin Roberts last week. Lillian had been on Smackdown as a ring announcer since her return to the company in 2011. Eden had been doing ring announcing for NXT before being called up to do ring announcing for Main Event & Superstars more recently. 

Opinionated View- Damn it! Lilian is awful and Eden isn't any better.

Update On Who Will Replace Justin Roberts

WWE is currently planning to have Eden replace Justin Roberts as the RAW ring announcer.

Lilian Garcia will continue working as the Smackdown ring announcer. Bryon Saxton will fill-in for her when she’s not at WWE Live events. There has also been talk of bringing up JoJo, who has been ring announcing at NXT events for a while now.

Opinionated View- Well Ryan Porzl I think you called it. For that that down know Eden is married Cody Rhodes and she isn not as goos as Roberts. Don't' get started on JoJo the Total Divas girl that was so bad she made Eva Marie look like Gail Kim if you are the b announcer in NXT you are not that good.

Did WWE Almost Let Two Ring Announcers Go?

WWE reportedly had considered releasing longtime ring announcers Lilian Garcia and Tony Chimel in favor of cheaper announcers during their most recent talent cuts to save on budget.Garcia debuted for WWEon the August 23, 1999, episode of Raw is War and was a mainstay as lead ring announcer until a brief departure in 2009 before returning to ring announce on SmackDown in 2011.Chimel has been with WWE since 1991 as a ring technician, occasionally filling in for then ring announcer Howard Finkel before fully transitioning into full time ring announcing in 1999 on the interception of SmackDown.It would appear, at least for now both survived the cuts.

Opinionated View- They should should have cut Garcia a long time ago she is awful and always makes mistakes. Chimel is ok but not great.

Lillian Garcia To Sing Before NFL Game

Mike Johnson is reporting that WWE ring announcer Lillian Garcia is scheduled to sing the National Anthem before this upcoming Sunday's NFL football game between the New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills.

Opinionated View- Oh I get it so people don't think the worst thing is the game between two awful teams they are going to let Lilian sing to torture people.
