3/12 WWE Smackdown Report

Daniel Bryan comes out and says the door to repeat last year’s Wrestlemania success closed at WWE Fastlane, but another one is open. He says his heroes have all held the one championship he has never held, and he can make a new moment this year. Bryan officially announces himself into the Intercontinental Championship ladder match at Wrestlemania 31, then Bad News Barrett cuts him off and says he has bad news. Wade says he is still the champion, but Dolph Ziggler and Luke Harper make their own cases, then Dean Ambrose and Stardust enter the ring, and Stardust asks for the “Ivory Enterprise.” R-Truth shows up with the real title belt, and he says he is scared of ladders, but he will climb one at Wrestlemania. Wade mocks him but Truth says he’s holding the belt and he’s the boss man, but Wade says it’s his and tries to go after him. Everybody ends up brawling in the ring, and they spill out of the ring to end the segment.
The New Day & The Usos vs Los Matadores, Cesaro & Kidd
The Matadores and Usos slug it out before Diego crotches Jimmy on the turnbuckles, then we get back to see Jey take Kidd down with a Samoan drop. He knocks Cesaro off the apron and splashes Kidd, then Kofi tags himself in and Jey gets annoyed. Kofi hits a crossbody for two, then Woods knocks the Matadores outside and Jey splashes them. Woods feels his spot was stolen so he splashes everyone, then Kidd goes for a rollup before Diego tags himself in, and Kofi hits him with Trouble in Paradise. Fernando runs in and hits a Backstabber, and steals the pin.

Winners – Los Matadores, Cesaro & Kidd

 Ryback vs The Miz (w/ Damien Mizdow)
 Miz showboats a bit but Ryback hits a delayed vertical suplex, then Miz snaps his head on the ropes and tackles him in the corner. Miz stomps him a few times but Ryback shakes it off, and he hits a Meathook clothesline and Shell Shocked for the win.
Winner – Ryback
Roman Reigns comes out and says Paul Heyman insulted his family and told him he can’t do something, but he will prove him wrong. He says he will win the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania and they can believe… Mark Henry cuts him off and enters the ring. Henry says he doesn’t like being disrespected either, but he knows who he is. He says Reigns has no identity and Brock Lesnar has hurt him badly, and he’ll do worse to Reigns.
Henry says Reigns needs to earn respect because Lesnar has none for him, and Reigns blows it off and tries to leave. Henry grabs his arm and yells at him, then he shoves Reigns, but Reigns comes back and knocks him out with a Superman punch off the ropes. Reigns runs around the whole ring when he sees Henry roll outside, then he spears him through the barricade and plays it up for the crowd.  Reigns says ‘he can’t, he can’t…’ a few times, then defiantly declares he will and tells them to believe it that.

Paige & AJ Lee vs Summer Rae & Alicia Fox 
Alicia hits AJ a few times and Summer tags in, then Paige tags in and drops her with some clotheslines. Paige knocks her down and Alicia gets taken down, then Paige applies the PTO and makes her tap.

Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler & Dean Ambrosevs Bad News Barrett, Stardust & Luke Harper
Bryan hits Stardust a few times and puts him in a surfboard stretch, then he reverses a whip and dropkicks Stardust in the corner. Bryan connects with a hurricanrana and calls for Knee Plus, but Stardust ducks and rolls outside. We get back from a break to see Ambrose clearing house, capped with a top rope splash to the floor to take out Harper and Stardust. Ambrose clotheslines Stardust and kicks Wade in the head, then he slams Wade into the commentary table before Harper kicks him in the face. We get back from another break to see Ambrose fight back to block a superplex by Stardust, and he slams Stardust on the mat and dropkicks him. Dolph makes the tag and hits some elbows for two, then he connects with a dropkick and Famouser for another near fall. Harper tries to steal a pin after Dolph kicks Stardust, but Dolph comes back with a superkick before Bryan kicks Stardust in the head. Harper sends Bryan outside and powerbombs Dolph for two, then Bryan runs in and hits Knee Plus off of the tag for the win.
Winners – Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler & Dean Ambrose
