Enzo Amore’s Accuser Speaks Out, Says She Kept Saying No
Enzo Amore’s accuser, Philomena Sheahan, spoke with TMZ about her allegations of rape against Enzo Amore.
Sheahan states that Amore was hitting on her in a Phoenix hotel room on Oct. 19th, and that she tried to slow him down by telling him, “I want to get to know you first.” She claims that Amore allegedly blew right past consent and got very aggressive, ripping off her tights and raping her in various parts of the hotel room.
Sheahan said she was crying as she begged him to stop, but he threw her on a bed instead, and that she hit her head so hard, she passed out. She also says Amore continued to restrain her and pushed forward with the sexual assault.
“I said ‘no’ countless times,” Sheahan said … “I just kept saying ‘No.'”
Amore was released by WWE today.
More Details On Enzo Amore Rape Allegations & Police’s Investigation
ABC 15 out of Phoenix has posted some more details on the rape allegations against Enzo Amore, who was released by WWE today.
Phoenix police have told them that the alleged incident took place October 19th at the Clarendon Hotel & Spa, near 3rd Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix. Police responded to a local hospital on October 23rd regarding a sexual assault call that had occurred a few days before at the hotel.
This follows yesterday’s details which include the accuser’s detailed account of what she alleges happened, as well as her comments earlier today.
Did Enzo Amore Attempt to Hid Rape Allegations From WWE?
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, who originally broke the Enzo story, posted the following on Twitter noting that, based on his source, Enzo was aware of the allegations against him and failed to tell WWE about them until they became public knowledge. This may be why WWE moved so quick from suspension to the release…
I was told this morning that Enzo Amore was aware of the allegations and didn't clue WWE in.

Deadspin’s David Bixenspan also took to Twitter to say that he believes WWE’s release of Enzo was because he kept them in the dark regarding the fact that the police were investigating rape accusations against him.
Per the Phoenix Police Department, there has been no change in the status of the Eric “Enzo Amore” Arndt case since yesterday. This plus WWE pivoting from suspension to firing suggests that not telling WWE he was being investigated was indeed the catalyst for the firing.

Enzo Amore released by WWE on Tuesday afternoon, WWE issues a full statement online
WWE announced the release of Enzo Amore (Eric Arndt) on Tuesday afternoon.
Amore, who was the current reigning and defending WWE Cruiserweight Champion, was suspended by the company on Monday over sexual assault allegations dating back to an incident in Phoenix, Arizona last year by an unidentified woman.
We reported earlier this morning that WWE pulled the originally scheduled WWE Cruiserweight Championship match between Amore and Cedric Alexander off the card for the Royal Rumble PPV this Sunday in Philadelphia.
Amore had just spent the weekend wrestling for WWE at the first ever 205 Live branded events in Lowell, Massachusetts and Poughkeepsie, New York. Due to his suspension, Amore did not appear at the RAW 25th Anniversary show last night.

Report: Enzo Amore suspended by WWE over sexual assault allegations from 2017
Current WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore has been suspended by WWE based on sexual assault allegations brought forth over an alleged incident back in 2017.
According to a report by Pro Wrestling Sheet, Amore (Eric Arndt) is being accused of raping a woman in a hotel room last October in Phoenix, Arizona.
The woman – who wishes to remain unnamed – went public with the story on Twitter on Monday, sharing a detailed account about her alleged incident with Amore last year.
A representative for the Phoenix Police Department confirmed a report was filed and that it remains under investigation. The “bulk of the investigation” is said to be complete and police are simply waiting on lab results at the moment.
WWE issued the following statement:
“WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault. Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore) has been suspended.”
Amore wrestled at both 205 Live events in Lowell and Poughkeepsie over the weekend.
The story by Pro Wrestling Sheet provides a graphic account of the alleged interaction the unidentified woman had with Amore, which you can read if you wish to at this link.
